Doctoral Level Practicum PlacementsNova Mental Health offers practicum placements for doctoral-level students in Clinical or Counselling Psychology programs. Practicum placements allow students to gain knowledge and practical experiences in areas of mental health that are currently underserved (e.g., OCD), while also allowing us to give back to the community by providing low-fee counselling services.
Applicants should be doctoral students in clinical or counselling psychology who have already completed assessment and intervention courses and are familiar with evidence-based treatment, especially cognitive behavioural treatment.
