New intakes are usually reviewed within 1–3 business days, and we will contact you by email if we need any additional information. During this time, we take your preferences, availability, and therapeutic goals into account so we can make the most thoughtful match possible. Once we determine which therapist is the best fit, we will reach out to offer: • information about the therapist • information regarding appointments or wait times • next steps for booking appointments |
