Melanie Anglin (RCC) holds a Master of Counselling in Counselling Psychology and practices as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in British Columbia. She has over seven years of clinical experience working with adults and teens across university wellness services, primary care, community mental health, and private practice. Melanie also has experience with psychological assessments and is currently working under the supervision of Dr. Gabriela Ionita while completing additional training as an applicant to the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC).

Melanie takes a compassionate, trauma- and attachment-informed approach to therapy. She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, stress and burnout, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, ADHD, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Her work is grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored to each client’s unique needs, with an emphasis on strengths and collaboration.

Melanie integrates a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). She brings genuine care, curiosity, and thoughtfulness to her work, supporting clients in creating meaningful and sustainable change.
