Alexandria Atleo, B.A. (Hons.) Executive Function CoachAlexandria Atleo is an executive function coach with specialized training in learning science, habit formation, and cognitive skill development. She helps clients build the practical and mental tools needed to manage time, stay organized, regulate attention, and follow through on goals—whether in school, work, or daily life.
With certification through the College Reading and Learning Association’s International Tutor Training Program, Alexandria brings evidence-based strategies rooted in how people learn, retain information, and create lasting change. Her coaching focuses on building executive functioning skills such as planning, task initiation, time management, and emotional regulation—key foundations for success in both academic and real-world settings. Alexandria’s approach is informed not only by her professional training, but also by lived experience. She completed her undergraduate degree while navigating the challenges of ADHD, giving her first-hand insight into the frustrations and breakthroughs that often accompany executive function difficulties. She draws on this background to create a supportive, strengths-based environment where clients feel understood, capable, and in control of their growth. In September 2025, Alexandria will begin her Master's in Forensic Clinical Psychology. She is deeply interested in the psychology of motivation and change, and in helping individuals reconnect with their strengths during times of uncertainty or transition. |
